Good Afternoon All. Yesterday I saw the movie "Miracles From Heaven" at Silvercity with a good friend from college. The movie was really good. It was based on a true story about an young girl who is ill with A GI illness and in the end she is cured and is able to live a normal life. That's all I want to say about the movie without giving too much away.

Now I am interested in reading the book "Miracles From Heaven" that the movie was based off of.

 

 

Yesterday I also went to the gym and took part in Boxing class and also Kickboxing class. I watched Systema Class. In Boxing class I wasn't focused for some reason and forgot how to do the slip. I don't why that is. I was slipping to the right instead of the left. I do not know what was wrong with me.

 

 

Today I was planning on going to drop off some resumes but my new plan is to drop off resumes tomorrow morning. Otherwise I would not make it to the gym in time for Boxing class tonight and I would be waiting for the bus to go home for an hour. I did type up a new cover letter though which is a good thing. The cover letter will go along with my resume and application for the community support worker jobs that I am applying for. 

 

 

I am posting some pictures of musical instruments that I would like to own in the near future.

 

 

 

I would love to one day own a flute and play flute in a community concert band. I have played around on my Father's flute before and really like the instrument. One thing about the flute that appeals to me is that it doesn't have reeds like a clarinet has. Another good thing about the flute is that it comes in only three pieces while the clarinet is more then three pieces. I also really enjoy listening to the tone of the flute as well.

An instrument that appeals to me is the Charango. I really want to own a Charango. The Charango will be the next stringed instrument that I buy.

I would eventually like to own a mandolin.

I am also posting a picture of a clarinet. I don't want to own a clarinet in the future. But I had three good enjoyable years of playing the clarinet back in my middle school days.

Okay one more thing to write and add to my blog post today is that the musical instruments that I own right now at the moment are a recorder, ukulele and a guitar. I love the recorder. I love the ukulele and I love the guitar. I have no idea how to play the ukulele or guitar yet but when I used to work as a support worker I used to just strum the guitar and ukulele and make up random songs for the guy that I used to work with.
